queen city vegan

I planned to share my first kale chip creations, but my oven has a mind of it’s own. Sometimes it burns things, sometimes it under cooks things. I just can’t win. 

Now, I have soggy, half burnt kale pieces. 

Any oven advice out there? I rent, so I won’t be purchasing a new one.
