My favorite protein shake. I always add a banana and ice to my shakes to give it a milkshake-like consistency. Tastes like dessert.
Peanut Butter & Banana Carob Hemp Shake
- Ripe banana
- Splash of soy milk (add more or less depending on your prefernce)
- Tablespoon of organic, natural peanut butter
- Tablespoon of Nutiva hemp protein powder
- A few small teaspoons of carob powder
If you dislike carob, you can substitute cocoa powder. Sometimes, I’ll use chocolate almond milk instead.
